shipping & returns
SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide.
- All domestic orders are handled by Acs Courier & are currently free of charge. After your order has been processed the delivery estimated time is 1-3 business days.
- All international orders are handled by DHL Express. After your order has been processed the delivery estimated time is 2-5 business days for DHL Express, depending on the country of preference.
Specific delivery costs for each country will be calculated on checkout.
Please note that, depending on your country and local customs duties, local charges such as import duties & taxes may occur. In this case the charges are a customer’s responsibility & therefore you will be contacted by the Courier to complete the extra charges procedure in order to proceed you delivery.
Once your order is complete, it is packaged and dispatched with the next courier collection from our studio in Athens, Greece.
An email notification will be sent to you, providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
Sales & offers, can possibly effect the delivery times, due to increased volumes of orders.
Athenee is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, should what you received not be quite what you were looking for, you have the option to return it within 14 days of the order being delivered, for a full refund or exchange. Don't hesitate to contact us at info@atheneestudios.com to start your return process.
In order to return a purchase, your item (s) must:
- be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
- be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- be returned with original tags and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we cannot currently refund shipping fees.
We recommend, that you get proof of postage, in case you need to contact us about your return.
Please note that items that have been used, altered, or defected will not be accepted as returns and therefore may be sent back to you and/or non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time, however, we do accept returns. The items should be returned as suggested above and then a new order can be placed for the appropriate item.
REFUNDS
Within 5 business days of receiving your return, a refund should be issued back to your original payment method.
once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
